Alert email sent with one hour delay

Hi everyone,

Here is my issue. When an alert occurs, I receive the email with one hour delay. However, when the device recovers, I receive the notification immediately.

I already checked server time and timezone, those are good.
I also already checked these 2 files: vi /etc/php/7.4/fpm/php.ini and vi /etc/php/7.4/cli/php.ini. Both have “date.timezone” line properly filled.

Do you know how I can get the alert immediately?

Have you configured the delay value in the alert rule?

Hi,

Thanks for you reply. Delay is set to 1m and Interval to 5m. I’m pretty sure it’s something stupid but I don’t manage to receive these mails immediately.

Have you checked your mysql timezone?
