Alert emails coming in unformatted, just displaying variable names

My alert emails are coming through with just variable names in them, and not the actual values. The switch name is filled out correctly, but everything else is not. This happens with both HTML emails on and HTML emails off. I updated to the most recent version, and also updated Linux.
