Alert for SNR / Atten - Cisco router with VDSL card

Hi,

We have lots of Cisco routers deployed with VDSL cards… Is it possible to setup alerts so we are notified if the SNR on the DSL side is dropped below 10? Right now the information is available under Ports section:

ATM0/0/0-adsl

dmt/Interleaved
Sync:5.06 Mbps/797 Kbps
Max:10.02 Mbps/1.27 Mbps
Atten:32.5dB/21.1dB
SNR:21.7dB/21.4dB

Under the health section should be able to set a high and low value.
