I use the basic template “Ports” but when a port goes down or up it send me all my down ports . What do I need to delete or to add in the template ?

That’s how alerts work unless you specify a specific port to check. So the default port up/down rule will alert you on ALL ports being down.
I have to make an alert for each port ? How do I ask for only the port who just went Up/Down ?

You can’t just show the one port that went down unless you create a rule per port. This isn’t how the alerting system is designed.
