I’m trying to get the “Msg”-part of a custom “Service”-check into the alert-emails, but did not find out which placeholder could be used for that.
The “Notifications”-page shows that message, but I can’t find the correct variable for the template-engine.
Is there something like $value[‘service_message’]?

Problem solved. The template was just not used. I thought it would be taken automatically by the name of the template and missed that it needs to be assigned manually.
BTW, maybe moving the template-assignment into the editor of rules would be a bit more intuitive?`
