Alert Templates (WebUI) not working as expected

I’m experiencing some errors when I try to edit Template rules. Follows print of the chrome screen.

It says right there your CORS policy is blocking it.

Looks like you probably have some inconsistent links. Make sure server_name, base_url, and APP_URL are all consistent.
