Alert Templates

Hi,

When trying to convert a HTML Alert Template from a legacy template I removed all the existing attached rules to that template and saved it to work on later. Now when trying to attach rules to the Default Alert Template or any other template I can’t as it says that the rule is used in template “undefined”.

I can’t see anyway to attach a template to the rules now as it won’t let me.

Having the same problem here with 1.49, are you solving your problem yet?

Im not sure how you both ended with that but I think the only way to fix is to manually edit the database table to remove all template maps

Dont remove templates or rules, just the mapping!!

I managed to fix it by editing the alert_template_map table in phpmyadmin.
