AlertManager -- Alerts not sending, but test works

I have AlertManager configured as an Alert Transport. Doing a Transport test works fine, but when I do a test-alert.php picking the Alert I get a:

./scripts/test-alert.php -r 2 -h x.x.x.x
Issuing Alert-UID #213/4:
 :: Transport alertmanager => ERROR: HTTP Status code 422

Curious if anyone has this working and how they had to tweak maybe a template to avoid this HTTP Error

What kind of alert is this? What transport method?

Port Status Up/Down and using AlertManager. Using the Canned Alert from Collection and Canned Ports Template
