I deleted a device from my system and a blank alert has been lurking around. I think there is an entry in the DB that needs to be removed.
What is the best way to remove this alert? The Device use to be an APC management card.

Can you post a screenshot?
also, do you have scheduled maintenance on?
try deleting that rule and then wait and add it back.
im not fan if the device up/down rules.
