An error occurred creating the token

I have set up Librenms on Debian 10. When I try to create a token, I get the error " An error occurred creating the token."

How do I get this to work as I require it to interface with another server.

Are you just using the standard authentication backend of MySQL?

Try running ./validate.php to see if anything shows as wrong you need to fix.
