Is it possible to use AND and an OR in the same alert? I need to do multiple ports and can’t use an AND obviously. I can’t seem to figure it out by clicking on OR and adding a new condition.

Just add a group, which is exactly what you need. Inside the group, you can define again AND or OR. So consider a group as “parenthesis” and only a single operator can be used inside a group.
