I’m trying to pull in the memory and disk space utilisation into Grafana. I’ve added LibreNMS to Grafana, but can’t workout these memory values?

Those numbers in grafana might actually be ok. When you go to visualize (to graph) you will be able to select appropriate units
Do you want graphing? Are you exporting to a TSDB like influx?
I am using it with grafana as Influxdb as the tsdb. So i’m not 100% sure how windows does it but in linux, the result you get back should be in kB. So you need to do some math there and convert that to whatever you want.
