Apps>NTP, what does it do?

What does NTP under Apps actually do, I’m not 100% clear. I see two devices on my network that are listed under the ‘Devices’ column and they have a public IPV4 address in the ‘Peer’ column both listing a stratum of 2. I did not configure these devices to use librenms as an NTP server. Is librenms simply showing me the devices on my network that are connecting to NTP servers?

Second question is, can I configure librenms to be a NTP server for my network?

Thanks.

NTP App is collecting from your device the NTP informations. The public IP you see in peer is the current reference clock for your device.

LibreNMS being a linux server, you are free to install anything else, like for instance an NTP server.
