Could we incorporate a feature in the global settings that allows users to activate a specific option? This option would change the color of a device, marked as down and triggering an alert in the Availability Map display, from red to blue when acknowledged. Currently, acknowledged alerts are represented in blue within the Alerts panel. However, if this color could also be reflected on the Availability Map, it would make it easier for me to identify and dismiss such alerts by glancing over the Availability map. See below picture if we could add another for Acknowledged and highlight those as blue similar to the Alerts panel.
