Call to undefined function rrdtool_build_command()

Receive the below error message when generating a graph with the ‘Show RRD Command’ clicked:

production.ERROR: Call to undefined function rrdtool_build_command() {“userId”:2,“exception”:"[object] (Symfony\Component\Debug\Exception\FatalThrowableError(code: 0): Call to undefined function rrdtool_build_command() at /usr/u01/librenms/includes/html/graphs/graph.inc.php:120)

Graphs generate fine when ‘Hide RRD Command’ is clicked.

Am i missing packages? Running LibreNMS [1.61-45-gda7f0299a] on Fedora 31.
