Can't edit alert rules

if I try to edit alert rule I see this.

LibreNMS itself does not show any errors, if I try to turn alert rule off, it does not work either (button stays at “ON”)

I’ve tried different browsers, no adblock addons ect. It was confirmed by my colleagues as well.

After enabling OKTA saml, somehow the base url was changed. This fixed the problem:
