Changing the admin password is failing

Hi,

i think i found a bug in the authentication section under → Manage Users
If i try to change the default dashboard and go to “save” then
it complains about: “the old_password field is required.”
But there is none. If I try to change the password to a new one, the same
message came up.
Testet it on the previous LibreNMS version (23.8.0) where it still works
Seems only the latest montly version 23.9 is affected.
