Hello. I am writing for the first time on the forum, but I have been using the LibreNMS since 2017. We have two instances of librenms installed for circa 500 devices, and only when trying to connect switches only CBS350-24XS have resource identification problem on both systems LibreNMS. only 24XS model is problematic. Other CBS350 models are identified seamlessly.
An interesting fact is that the OID is different than in other CISCO switches produced so far Small Business - Object ID .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.6.1.1008.24.8. 1008 is unusual. As a result, among others the operating system switch is not detected and is shown as Generic Device.
Is it possible to manually modify LibreNMS to correctly identify this device? How to do it?
