Cisco serial interfaces not showing traffic graphs

All the serial interface of Cisco device shows no graphs and statistics, other interfaces are normal.
I checked the bad interfaces configuration, but had no idea if any config is wrong.
Any one can help?Thanks.

This serial interface has no graph traffic but real time is normal.
