Cisco SG550x and SG250x showing as generic

Hello,

I have Cisco small business switch sg500 and sg500x that are polling incorrectly to librenms. But we just received an sg550x and a sg250x that are showing up as a generic device.

I am thinking that they are just not part of the identification yet? I ran the daily.sh to see if they pulled in but not yet.

Yes correct somebody will add support if they have time or want to. You can open a https://github.com/librenms/librenms/issues and provide all the info asked for.

My librenms can read the sg500 properly… as a network device.
