Cisco Voice Graph

Hello !

This is my first post … so if i do something wrong sorry !

I have some issues with voice graph on Cisco 3825
Cisco Details:
Cisco IOS Software,
3800 Software (C3825-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M),
Version 12.4(24)T2,
RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)

No Voice graph at all :confused:

But i found a Custom OID for this :
CISCO-POP-MGMT-MIB::cpmActiveDS0s.0
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.10.19.1.1.4.0

The problem with Custom OID is i have strange values in my graph like:
AVG: 30.41 (this is not possible)
MAX: 55.09 (and this is not possible)

Definately i do something wrong !
But i dont know what …

Hi @mikavro
I have 2 routers with voice enabled and the graphs are perfectly displayed. But on older hardware and software, you might be in trouble.

The currently supported graphs are:

  • SCCP
  • MGCP
  • SIP
  • H323
  • Multicast (paging I imagine, I don’t have those)

PRI (DS0) is not in there, and it seems that you cannot rely on the OID you found :

(That probably explains why the values you get are not realistic).

So you don’t do anything wrong. Only Cisco never provided the data you want in the hardware/software you have.
