Cisco WLC Alert - AP Client Count

I am polling a 5508 Wireless LAN Controller. I get excellent info but I’d like to be able to set an alert that triggers if a single AP has a client count over 100 (or whatever number).

Is it possible I missed this somewhere?

Thanks!

As long as AP client count is in the database, you can alert on that.

Not sure how that works. I’m polling the controller, not the AP. It has that info when I go look at the APs in the Access Points tab under the WLC. I’m not certain how to reference that. Would I have to make one for every AP or can it just look at that value of all associated APs?

Check this table access_points in your database.

If it is filled with the WLC APs, you can alert on them.
