Just after some clarification on remote monitoring. I’m not fully understanding what check_mk is providing.
Essentially I’ve got two problems I’m looking to solve. Both could be done by a nagios script executed on the remote host.
Multipath status - how many links out of 4 are available
check of mountpount, using mountpoint command
How is best to go about this. If my understand is correct it is not possible to execute a nagios script on the remote host.
