Messages based on warning rules are continuously being sent to Telegram. But there is actually no problem with the equipment. Can I clean or delete warning rule messages?

Those are then sent with severity warning
If you want something else, you need to tweak your settings.
Consider filtering for the syslog alert level: syslog.level
Consider adding some additional conditions for the syslog.msg
