CSS Style not applying after logout

Hi All - I’m seeing something a bit weird when using the built-in CSS styles.
If i set my settings to use the Dark mode, it works fine however, when I log out and then back in again, it looses the dark mode. To make it stranger though, if go back into My Settings, the CSS Style option is still set to dark, even though thats not what is displaying.

Any ideas?
