I have added a custom OID - Anti Bot Update for Checkpoint. But the Custom OID does not Graphing. When I run Test OID, it returned a value “up-to-date” received. Do I miss anything here? Thanks very much!

Hello.
If the OID does not return a numerical value, you cannot graph the output.
The graphs represent a two-dimensional plot (value as a function of time).
If you know the different possible states, you can configure check_snmp (by installing the Nagios plugins) as a service and check it there.
The output will be integer values, which can be graphed.
