It will be very useful for people like us that use distributed polling to graph ‘clients’ machine and infrastructure for them to create a client with all the contact info and having a way to put some “notes” for each client.
Also, being able to assign “devices” to this client too and being able to create a users access to this client devices…

You can already assign devices to users. When you create a new user, go to Edit User -> Select the user from the drop down menu -> Click Edit Permissions.
Here you can assing permissions to a whole device, a specific(or set of) interfaces or a bill. This will always be READ permissions. Only admins have write permissions.
About contact info. What fields are you thinking of?
