I’m looking to modify the pings and step parameters of Smokeping. I normally set them both to 60 so that I send a ping every second.
It’s easy enough for me to do in a non-integrated setup. However, when I open /etc/smokeping/config.d/librenms-probes.confit tells me that it’s a generated file (which I saw the cron job for) and to leave it alone.
Okay, I can leave it alone. Where are the templates that generate the file so I can get the desired results?
Is Libre likely to be changing the contents of the probes config where it has to generate hourly? If it’s not likely to change, I’ll just break the probes aspect from the integration and put in what I want.
