Default port alerting behavior

Hey everybody,

is it possible to set in LibeNMS an default behavior for alerting ports?
I wish to have an workflow like this:

  1. I add an Switch to LibreNMS and the alerting tag is for every port off.
  2. For the really important ports, I enable the alerting tag for the specific ports

So is it possible to set it up, that when I add an switch, the alerting tags for the ports are ALL off. And I can set them manually on later, but just for the specific ports.

Hi,

Sadly no. But you can run a SQL query to turn on ignore on ports by device. You will have to run it everytime you add a new switch, changing the device_id.
