What is the policy on configuring device dependency? Should it be based on the physical connectivity of devices or should it be based on the network routing topology?
I expect it’s a per case basis…if a physical connection breaks to a device, the routing topology doesn’t matter, but if the routing device has an issue, then the physical connectivity won’t matter…
