After setting up my new instance of LibreNMS I was able to setup a few device groups in libreNMS…but now every time I go to the webpage…and click on Device Groups I get a This page isn’t working
librenms.xxxx.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500
I have no idea what is going on…everything else seems to be working fine.
Nope same issue…and its just that page… i tested different accounts…different browsers. different PCs. Output of validate.

you could try troubleshoot steps i did here Manage group new device group fail
Else if all fails, it could be an invalid device group you’ve created which stops the page loading, so removing the device groups in SQL directly may fix in that circumstance. Maybe check the librenms.log file first to see if it throws out any errors when you load that page.
That did it… i had to manually delete the group i last created and now the webpage opened up…thank your for all your help and pointing me in the correct direction.
