Does alert interval obey if the alert has been recovered?

I have an alert setup like this:

Seems to work fine, but I have interface errors which are intermittent so i get 4 emails every 10 minutes.

Like this:
Device 1.1.1.1 recovered from Errors on TenGig Interfaces
Alert for device 1.1.1.1 - Errors on TenGig Interfaces
Device 1.1.1.1 recovered from Errors on TenGig Interfaces
Alert for device 1.1.1.1 - Errors on TenGig Interfaces

How can i make it so it only issues 1 x alert per device/interface every 24 hours.

I tried Max 1, Delay 0 , Interval 1d, but i have a feeling because the alert recovers that it’s not possible?

You can’t. The delay is per alert not per time period.
