There are some options for retention of events, alarms etc - Cleanup Options - LibreNMS Docs

Does LibrenmsNMS support Devices retention days.
The device only wants to keep the latest 2 days.

You have to changed the RRA for the RRD files:
https://oss.oetiker.ch/rrdtool/doc/rrdcreate.en.html

Keep in mind RRD files have a fixed size so after they are created, they will never get any bigger.
