is there a possibility for a dynamic group based on override syscontact? I just can find the query for the device.syscontact
Not that I’ve found, no. The reason is that the override doesn’t get stored in the same place as the polled value. The normal sysContact lives in the devices table, which is what the query builder reads, so that’s the only one it offers you. When you set an override in the device settings, it actually gets written to a separate devices_attribs table as a key/value pair, and the builder doesn’t expose that table cleanly, so there’s no field for it to pick.
A fix would be for LibreNMS to just save the final sysContact value (override or not) into a normal column when it polls the device. Right now the override is kept separately, so the group builder can’t see it. If the polled value already had the override applied, dynamic groups could read that single field and it would all just work. Though it may well be kept separate on purpose, so the polled value isn’t lost if the override is removed.
I found a way to create the group dynamic
devices_attribs.attrib_value
Not sure if that is the correct way, bit for the moment it works.
