Hi,

We want to send out an email alert to end customers, such as the below, when a device is down.

Is this possible with LibreNMS?

Monitoring has alerted us to the below circuit being down:

Circuit Ref: IDN127408GIGETH

Please advise if you are aware of any power issues or maintenance on site which may explain the loss of service. Please also advise:

• All light status for the LEDS on the NTU
• All light status on the router
• Has the router and NTU rebooted
• Site contact name, number and access times.’
