Enable billing

Hi all!

I’m using LibreNMS in Docker.

In the config it seems that the module is enabled:

bash-5.1# cat config.php | grep billing
# Enable the in-built billing extension
$config['enable_billing'] = 1;

Poller settings:

However in Global settings it seems disabled.

And I can’t find it anywhere on the web interface, where I could setup billing/quotas.
