I’m guessing you aren’t following the official install docs.
You need to run ./scripts/composer_wrapper.sh install --no-dev like it says.

Can you please explain a bit more in detail. I am not sure what you mean by needing to run that command.
Anything I have tried does not work.
Can you explain “does not work”?
For example post the output you get when trying to run the command.
