https://localhost/csv.php/report=ports/ to https://localhost/csv.php?report=ports/ and it works. but i need to fix permanently what file should i edit? im using a docker container - where can I edit these to solve this problem

When I test locally, both urls work.

even i installed this one in my local pc. its says 404 not found still but when i change the path [csv.php/report=ports/] should be this one [csv.php?report=ports/] its correct. why?
