Installed Librenms today for the first time on Alma Linux 8 however after installing and running vaildate.php I an getting two errors:- no active polling method detected and python wrapper cron entry is not present. Below is the output of discovery.php and validate.php

Has anyone come across this issue before and appreciate any assistance in getting this issue resolved?
Do you have working graphs?
If not, make sure you have a cron actually installed. Might be vixie-cron for Alma, I can’t remember.
I think I can pull raphs from the loaclhost that librenms is installed on 127.0.0.1. I will check regarding cron
Ok so turned out to be file permission issue on librenms cron file that was copied into /etc/cron.d fixed with command chmod 644 librenms
