I have a problem with false discovery APC Smart-UPS RT 3000 XL 4.1 ( APC Web/SNMP Management Card (AP9619 MB:v4.1.1 PF:v3.9.4) as multi-phase.
Snmwalk with PowerNet-mib is OK, so I suspect in

and

I would suggest that from the console you run a “snmpwalk” against your UPS using the “PowerNet-mib” MIB.
As you have already done. Search the results for the OIDs that return the correct values for your device.
Then, go to the “php” files and edit so that the correct OIDs are placed in the section that would match your device.
It happened to me with my UPS that LibreNMS returned a value of “0” in Battery Voltage, and it was the maneuver described that solved the issue for me.
Regarding your suspicion, I think you are well focused.
I also worked on those files.
