Feature Request: Add Dashboard Access to User Management

When Managing users we can restrict access to Devices, Interfaces and Billing, but not Dashboards. If I share a dashboard with my team, my customers will will have access to the dashboard also. The desired effect would be to add dashboard access in the same way as we add device and interface access.

SniperVegeta - This works to create a dashboard for a users. Thank you. My real problem is restricting access to certain dashboards I want to share with my team, but not to my customers.

After you create the dasboard, you can edit the owner of the dashboard in MySQL by editing the dashboard table directly
