Filter Skip value by subindex

Hi,

I have an equipment where the index id is a concatenate value of 3 id not accessible like this : 100000000.7.400000007

No problem to integer all statement via yaml definition in /discovery but I want to filter it by subindex2 (400000007 in this example) before create sensor.
Is it possible with skip value ?
