Hi Guys,

I would like to know where is the alerts output formatting is being done.
for some alert rules the we created, the output seems formatted and provide simple useful information. Some of the other alerts however, they don’t seem t be formatted.

How can we improve the output formatting and where is it done (script, template) ?

This is all done in alert templating, you can find more here with some examples:
https://docs.librenms.org/Alerting/Templates/

Make sure to edit the template after you make it and map it to the alert rule.
