Fresh Install Mysql 2002

Trying to configure the Database through the URL and verify credentials.

Receive: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection Refused.

Under systemctl status for mariadb I see this

mariadbd[982]: 2022-08-12 19:53:01 248 [Warning] Access denied for user ‘librenms’@‘localhost’ (using password: NO)

Do I just reconfigure the password for this user?
