Give user access by device and by tab?

Hello community
Is it possible in the management of users access (normal), to give access to just one or two tabs of a device (eg Health and Graphs) ?
Instead of giving access to all the information of a device.

Do you know how to give access to several interfaces for a device faster than one by one?
Maybe by group of ports? or All ports (*), or by CLI?
