I’m sorry if this is a stupid question, but is it possible to alert someone other than sysContact for a service or a sensor failure (critical status) etc? If so, how?
AFAIK this is currently being re-worked/worked on. Currently users (non-admin) that have permission for a device, get alerts as well as sysContact.
