Help with simple Port Down/Up notification

I have one switch Extreme where I need notofication when port go down and when it go up. Notification go throug mattermost on specific channel.

I make a simple rule from collection: macro.device_down
and I make alert templates looks like this:

Now when i log into that switch and turn off port ex. 25 i have notification on mattermost (on red color), but with all ports whose is in UP state.
When i forced port to state UP there is notification (green one) with all ports DOWN
Don’t know what is happening.

Is it way to check status of specific port from this switch?
