How do you get the SNMP proxy configured end to end?

It’s missing some info about how to get the proxy installed and how to connect it to LibreNMS

All I’m looking for is something super simple to set up with remote polling to send all collected monitoring data to a main server as there are 5 datacenters to observe the health on.

It doesn’t have to be realtime, but we need to know if devices/interfaces go down within a minute or so
