How to Create Customize Template With emoji Like observium

HI Team,

I need to create a customize template for Ports & device Up/Down like Observium with emoji & short message. But i’m unable to create it is there any one have idea about this please help me.

Go to Alert Templates, create your template and apply it to your alert. You can use unicode, so you should be able to use emoji.
