How to disable Acknowledgment Emails from LibreNMS

Hey guys,

We are using distributed librenms poller setup and it’s working great. We have set up basic alerts, that go to our ticketing system. But we are finding a way to disable the email alerts when we acknowledge the alerts. Currently, when we acknowledge any alert, the new email hits our ticketing system and creates wide noise.
